The Angelo State University volleyball team fought a hard battle with Colorado School of Mines tonight, but fell short, as they lost 3-0. ASU falls to 8-1 on the season.

• In set one, ASU and CSM fought a fierce battle back and forth, neither team getting too far out of reach of a comeback from the other team.
• There were several opportunities for the Belles to take set one with multiple win-by-two situations, but they came up short and fell 31-29.
• In set three, Preston Morgan served ASU's only service ace to bring the score to a 10-8 lead for the Belles.

 
Key Players:

• Lindsey Ledyard led the Belle offense with 23 assists, while Meghan Parker followed with 10.
• Kailyn Gilbreath registered 10 kills, while Baleigh Allen and Haley Coulter both had six kills.
• Makenna Hanssen helped the Blue and Gold, registering 12 digs, while Lindsey Ledyard had 7 digs.
