Mission
The Compliance Office of the Angelo State University Athletic Department will provide a comprehensive program that coordinates, educations, monitors and verifies compliance will all National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), Lone Star Conference (LSC) and Angelo State University (ASU) rules and regulations among the various institutional and community entities.

The Compliance Office aspires to achieve excellence in compliance using the principle of institutional control in a manner that is consistent with NCAA, LSC and ASU rules.Â

Responsibility: To give direction to the athletic compliance program and to conduct reviews as requested by the Athletic Director.
How Members Are Selected: Appointed by the Athletic Director with approval by the President
Term of Office: The individuals who occupy the following position have standing membership:

Director of Admissions
Director of Financial Aid
Registrar's Designated Certification Officer
Faculty Athletic Representative
The two athletic council members will serve for one year, with an option for renewal provided still a member of the athletic council.

BOOSTERS
Angelo State University is responsible for the actions of their coaches, student-athletes, staff, alumni, boosters and fans. Boosters are regulated by the same NCAA rules and regulations placed upon all institutional athletics staff members. The following information is intended to help educate athletic boosters and organizations so they can best support ASU athletes without putting the institution or the athletes at risk.
