SAN ANGELO, Texas – The Angelo State University Belles volleyball team opened up their three home conference match series against Lubbock Christian with a win, bringing the Belles to an 11-1 overall record, and 3-0 in conference play.

- ASU and LCU fought back and forth throughout set one, with ASU slowly pulling ahead of the Lady Chaparrals.
- Kailyn Gilbreath finished set one with nine kills against the Lady Chaps,
