Tyler, Texas - The Angelo State women's basketball team ended UT Tyler's home-winning streak at 27 games with a 69-62 victory at the Louise Herrington Patriot Center Saturday afternoon.

The Rambelles improve to 19-10 on the season and 13-7 in Lone Star Conference play. While, the Patriots fall to 24-6 overall and 18-3 in conference action.

- Madi Lumsden started the scoring for the Rambelles knocking down two free throws at 8:10 marker.
- Madisen Honea would bank a three off the backboard to give the Rambelles an 11-8 lead with 2:49 remaining in the quarter.
- A three by Sawyer Lloyd would end the first quarter for the Rambelles on an 11-2 run to give the Rambelles a 19-10 lead going into the second quarter.
- The Patriots would open the second half on an 8-3 run to bring the game within four at the 7:49 marker.
