HIGH SCHOOL
- Varsity Cross Country: PR: 12:02 (2 mile). School Record, 3rd Place finisher at state in 2023 and team state champion (2023). Academic all-state and 2021, 2021, and 2023 all-state team. TGCA Legacy All-Star.
- Varsity Basketball: Team captain and starting guard. TSMCA All-Star, academic all-state, and all-region team.
- Varsity Track and Field: 2023 and 2024 State Champion Team. (2023 Silver 4x400 medalist, 2024 Bronze 3200 (School record of 11:32), and Bronze 4x400 (school record of 4:07). TGCA All-State and TGCA All-Star.

She is the daughter of Wendy and Bubba Benson and has three siblings; Lilly, Ben and Archer.
