The Coaches
• Angelo State: Chuck Waddington (Rensselaer, 1993) took over the ASU program in 2008 and has since guided the 'Belles to a 42-33 overall mark. Waddington has propelled the Rambelles to back-to-back conference appearances in 2008 and 2009. Under Waddington's tutelage, the 'Belles finished third in the LSC Tournament.
• Abilene Christian: Kellen Mock (Abilene Christian, 2005), a former standout at ACU, has begun her fifth season with the Wildcats, leading them to an overall 94-42 mark. Mock guided the Wildcats to a 29-6 record last year and helped them finish second in the Lone Star Conference Championships.
• Tarleton State: Mary Schindler (Tarleton, 2002), a former setter for the TexAnns, marks her sixth year with Tarleton State guiding the team to its best start in history (8-0). Their eight victories thus far are only two away from their total number of wins last season.
