SAN ANGELO, Texas – The Angelo State University Belles volleyball team battled the West Texas A&M Lady Buffs at the Stephens Arena in the Junell Center on Saturday afternoon.

- In set one, ASU and WT would start at a slow pace, neither team being able to gain a lead over the other.
- ASU took a 9-6 lead over the Lady Buffs with Morgan Preston going on a three-serve run.
- On a kill from Haley Coulter, ASU would take set one, 25-21.

- WT would catch up to the Belles, but neither team would take a lead over the other team.
- Morgan Preston went on a three-serve run to bring the Belles to a 22-18 lead over WT.
- On a kill from Sophia Berg, the Belles would take set two, 25-21.

- When Morgan Preston came up to serve though, she tied the score at 8-8.
- ASU and WT would battle back and forth throughout the set, until Lindsey Ledyard would come up to serve. She would go on a seven-point serve streak to bring the lead in the Belles favor at 23-18.
- With a kill from Haley Coulter, the Belles claimed set three and the match, 25-19.
