ABILENE, Texas – The Angelo State track & field teams collected four victories at the War Hawk Classic on Saturday.

Kylyie Paden won the pole vault and tied the ASU record for the fourth-ranked Rambelles, clearing a height of 3.95m (12-11.5) to earn a provisional mark and move into the top 12 in Division II.

Mary Brown won the 800-meter run with a time of 2:20.88 and came in fourth overall in the 1,500-meter run at 5:01.56.

In the shot put,
Landri Sagebiel earned the top mark with a throw of 12.31m (40-4.75) while
Tiamara Hill-Johnson took second in the discus with a provisional throw of 49.47m (162-3) which ranks third in Division II. Hill-Johnson also finished third overall in the hammer throw (44.47m | 145-10).

Earning second overall in the high jump was
Ashtyn Warren who cleared a height of 1.50m (4-11).

On the men's side,
Mark Burdin claimed the top mark in the javelin throw, tossing 50.40m (165-04). He also finished fifth overall in the shot put at 13.81m (45-3.75).

The men's 4x100-meter relay took third as
David Morgan,
Solomon Odonkor,
Dorian Leda, and
Romel Plummer ran a time of 40.769 while
Brad Humphreys,
Clayton Carlin,
Breylin Butler, and Antonio Blair ran 3:20.09 in the 4x400-meter relay to take third as well.
