SAN ANGELO, Texas- The Angelo State women's tennis team takes on DBU Friday and UT Tyler Saturday at home in the last two conference matches of the regular season.

So far in the season, the Rambelles are 15-4 with a 6-2 conference record.
Dianela Rodriguez is currently ranked No. 20 in the nation, as well as freshman
Letizia Corsini, who is currently ranked No. 46 in the nation and is 14-4 in singles for the season.Â
Mieke Van Deventer is currently undefeated in singles with a 6-0 record, with wins on lines five and six. Another Belle having success this season is
Ramitha Irrinki, with a 14-2 record in singles.

The Rambelles have played DBU four times and have won every match. So far, DBU is 16-7 this season with a 4-4 conference record. Last season, the Belles beat DBU 7-0 with help from Rodriguez winning line one and
Eva Schwartz winning line three.
Ayda Guler was able to win line four in three sets with two tiebreakers. Irrinki clinched another point, winning line five in a quick match to make it 7-0.

The Rambelles have gone up against UTT three times in program history, winning two out of the three matches. So far this season, UTT has a record of 11-8 with a conference record of 5-3. Last season, the Belles fell to UTT 4-3 in the LSC tournament. The Belles were able to clinch the doubles point but fell short in singles play.
