WINDCREST, Texas – The Angelo State cross country program cliched two top five team finishes at the Our Lady of the Lake Cross-Country Invite as the Rams placed in fifth while the Rambelles earned third place.

RAMS

• The Rams competed in the 8K to begin the morning and placed fifth with 154 points.
• Jack Collins' finished atop the team for the third straight event with a time of 26:50.
• The freshman shined as Alex Hauck, Caden Glenn and Kevin Martinez all finished within the top 40 individually.

RAMBELLES

• The women's 78 points earned themselves a third-place finish in the 6K, ahead of Lone Star Conference foe Texas A&M International.
• Seniors Allison Vaughn and Mary Brown earned their second top ten individual finishes as they finished sixth and eighth respectively.
• Freshmen Chasity Benson, Emily Mila and Ashley Stratton finished within five spots and thirty seconds of each other to clinch to finished in the top half of the field.
